Michele Marie Rodriguez

Director of Marketing and Communications for Holy Family Catholic Church & School • HFS Alum C'85, P'17 & P'26

Mrs. Michele Rodriguez joined the Holy Family Catholic School staff in 2013 and currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Holy Family Catholic Church and School.
A proud Holy Family alumna, Michele has been part of the Holy Family community since her family moved to Pasadena in 1972. She graduated with the Class of 1985 and has remained actively involved in the life of the parish and school for more than three decades through numerous ministries and volunteer leadership roles. She considers it a tremendous blessing to now help share the story of the school that helped shape her own life.
During her early childhood, Michele lived on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu and Maui while her father worked for the airlines. She is a graduate of Alverno Heights Academy and brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, enrollment marketing, and digital media strategy. Her passion lies in connecting families with the mission of Catholic education and sharing the many ways Holy Family forms students in faith, community, service, and academic excellence.
Michele and her husband, David, whom she met at La Salle College Preparatory their junior year, are proud parents of two Holy Family legacy alumni. Their son, Michael (HFS Class of 2017), is an Eagle Scout, a graduate of La Salle College Preparatory (Class of 2021), and earned a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics, Cum Laude, from Hawaii Pacific University. Their daughter, Celia Lucia (HFS Class of 2026), continues the family’s Holy Family tradition and is now attending La Salle College Preparatory.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys traveling, attending concerts, cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers, and watching movies on the big screen with her family. She is also an enthusiastic fan of 1980s new wave music, volunteers with Holy Family Scouts BSA Troop 333 and the Holy Family drama program, and enjoys studying the pre-colonial history of the Kingdom of Hawaiʻi. Above all, she treasures her family’s Catholic faith journey and the lifelong friendships they have found within the Holy Family community.
