Mrs. Kate Woodsome Memorial Scholarship

Mother, wife, parishioner, and volunteer Mrs. Kate Woodsome dedicated many years to supporting Holy Family Catholic School.  With a spirit of service, Mrs. Woodsome could be seen volunteering for anything from the annual fair to working with small groups of students in the classroom.  Her impact has benefited many, including our parishioners and students.

With gratitude, we announce that in her memory, a $10,000 scholarship will be awarded each year to qualifying students, as even after Mrs. Woodsome’s passing, her memory and significant impact live on for years to come.

All students whose families apply for financial aid through HFS will qualify.  The scholarships will be divided into smaller awards. Families will be notified in the spring, and the award amount will be allocated to the following year’s tuition.

We feel incredibly fortunate and blessed to have had Mrs. Woodsome’s many years of service to our community. We continue to be grateful and lift her and her family in prayer.

At Holy Family Catholic School, we offer several opportunities for Financial Aid. In addition to each specific Financial Aid offer requirement, Holy Family Catholic School maintains a strict policy that a recipient’s family be in good standing throughout the award school year, with Virtus Certification, Fingerprinting, Family Commitment hours, etc., or funds will not be distributed. If you have any questions regarding this, please get in touch with Vice Principal Jeannie Eamnaarangkol at jeamnarangkool@holyfamily.org.
