Anna Dickinson is excited to join the Holy Family team this year as a school-based therapist. Anna grew up in Washington state but moved to Southern California to attend Azusa Pacific University, where she received a BA degree in Communication Studies and Spanish. She then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. Since graduating from the MFT program, Anna has been working as a school-based therapist in the La Cañada Unified School District, supporting TK-8th-grade students dealing with various emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. This year, she will be on campus at Holy Family on Thursdays and looks forward to forming relationships with both students and staff. Anna considers her vocation to be to cultivate safe spaces where others can be truly seen, heard, and understood, and she seeks to fulfill that vocation in all facets of her life. Outside of work, Anna enjoys being outside, reading (memoirs especially!), and playing and watching sports.
