Commitment Requirements
Contact Information
Fundraising Commitment – The required fundraising commitment per family for the 2007-2008 school year is a net profit of $250.00 to the school. This commitment can be met via support of the Innisbrook fundraiser, the Jog-a-thon fundraiser or a combination of both. (See Fundraising for more details about Innisbrook and Jog-a-thon).
Fundraising Buy Out Option – in lieu of participating in the fundraising programs, a family may opt to buy out of their fundraising commitment by making a payment of $250.00 (payable to Holy Family Parent Guild) on or before September 30th 2007.
Scrip Commitment – The scrip commitment for the 2007-2008 school year is a net profit contribution of $250.00 per family. This commitment can be made by purchasing paper Scrip or using eScrip or a combination of both. (See Scrip page for more details about the scrip program).
The period for the scrip commitment begins on May 1, 2007 and ends on April 30, 2008. During the school year each family will receive statements on a quarterly basis indicating their total “net” profit contribution to-date.
Scrip Buy Out Option – Families may opt to buy out of their Scrip commitment by making a payment of $250.00 (payable to Holy Family Church) on or before September 30, 2007. Payment must be received by the deadline.
Families that do not meet the Scrip commitment by April 30, 2008 will be required to make a payment of the difference between their family's “net” profit contribution to the school and the required $250.
Service Hour Commitment – Each family is required to contribute 40 hours of service (20 hours for single parents) by May 31, 2008. Under extraordinary circumstances where all the required hours cannot be met, payment in the amount of $15.00 per hour not served will be allowed.
At least 30 hours (15 hours for single parents) must be directly related to school activities. A maximum of 10 hours (5 for single parents) may come from any parish activities.
